Covid Safety Features: Short-term rentals provide a safer environment than a Hotel simply due to the building size. However we've worked hard to improve the following aspects of our business to ensure a safe stay. ▪ Improved disinfection and sanitization techniques ▪ Staff required use of personal protective equipment [PPE] ▪ CDC Approved products, cleaning agents and equipment ▪ Updated laundering processes for towels, linens, upholstery ▪ Improved trash removal and maintenance processes Improved Cleaning and Sanitation measures have been taken - our units are fully disinfected before and after each clean by a staff trained in CDC approved practices. We use approved products and disinfect every touchpoint from knobs, keypads, elevator buttons to light switches and window handles. All of our units are accessible without any human interaction. We provide Access to our buildings and units via keypad. All high touch surfaces are routinely disinfected. If you'd like to sleep more than 4 guests you can, however each guest is $20/night over 4 guests - we can also provide a Queen Sized Airbed for a $40 flat fee. Local to Boston?
