The location will make up for the cramped space, but I think you'll find that once you settle in, you don't always need a ton of space! This unit is unique because it has a long hallway once you enter the apartment and the space is located in the back of the building so it should be super quiet.

This apartment is located on the southeastern border of the Back Bay neighborhood, bordering the South End and just across Massachusetts Avenue from Northeastern University. This little micro-neighborhood is 8 blocks east to west, and its boundaries are Huntington Avenue, Copley Place, the Southwest Corridor Park and Massachusetts Avenue.
The area was formed during a large-scale reclamation of Boston marsh lands back in the early nineteenth century.
