We will be available 24/7 to answer questions but provide all of our guests the privacy they require. For easier reporting purposes our pet fees are not included in pricing settings. This means that you will need to inform us if you'll bring your pet and a $200/pet pet fee will be collected via resolution center. This is also noted in our House Rules. While we provide a fully stocked kitchen with pots, pans, cooking utensils etc. We do not provide salt, pepper, oil, tea or coffee. Newbury Street will be open to pedestrians and closed to motor vehicles, from Berkeley Street to Massachusetts Avenue, every Sunday from 10:00am to 8:00pm, starting July 2nd and ending October 15th. PLEASE NOTE: Due to ongoing construction on the exterior of the building, there may be intermittent noise during daytime hours. This is a temporary project intended for the restoration of the building’s exterior. All construction activities adhere to the laws and regulations established by the City of Boston.
